2008 was very kind to London Ontario’s Shad. After joining the Black Box family in 2007, it was clear that he had a very specific and ambitious vision for his full length, titled The Old Prince. Almost 12 months, countless rave reviews, a Juno Nomination and Polaris Music Prize nomination later, it is clear that Shad was wildly successful in achieving that vision. He has appeared on the entire 2009 Vans Warped Tour this past summer.
